The UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health invites abstract submissions for poster presentations at the Minority Health Conference, “Innovative Approaches to Youth Health: Engaging Youth in Building Healthy Communities” on February 28, 2014  in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Abstracts that describe traditional research and/or community-based practice are welcome.  This is an interdisciplinary conference, and submissions will be accepted from researchers, practitioners, community members, community organizations, and students from a variety of fields. Due to this year’s conference theme, there is a strong preference for interventions in which youth played an active role.

All poster abstracts must be received by Friday, November 22, 2013. Please visit the website for more information and register for the conference:  http://minorityhealth.web.unc.edu/.
