MCH Epidemiologist – Florida

This position conducts epidemiologic research to identify determinants and risk factors for maternal and child health outcomes. This position also participates as a team member on projects that include primary data collection, analysis, and presentation for program evaluation activities. This is work includes designing, delivering and/or coordinating the delivery of training and development programs for employees. With input from the State MCH Epidemiologist, the position supervises/directs the work of two masters-prepared epidemiologists.

Epidemiologist III – Texas

Position will serve as the coordinator for the State System development Initiative Grant. Performs highly advanced professional research and epidemiological work requiring specialized knowledge of specific health and behavior related topics about women, infants and children. Emphasis on the integration and management of data and data systems. Functions as lead for data integration tasks, development of strategic initiative pertaining to the improvement of data and data integration, and the review of existing data systems.

NACCHO – Senior Analyst – Immunization

The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), a national organization representing approximately 3,000 local health departments nationwide, has an opening for a Senior Analyst II for the Immunization Project.
This Senior Analyst II position is a member of the Community Health primary work team and contributes to the advancement of local public health practice by performing a range of responsibilities related to immunization and related vaccine-preventable disease epidemiology. General responsibilities include policy analysis; program design; research and evaluation; writing for publication; technical assistance; communication of learnings to the field; program and budget management; and project promotion.

Maternal and Family Health Section Chief – Wyoming

Maternal and Family Health (MFH) Section is seeking a Section Chief for the State of Wyoming. This position hires, supervises, and provides guidance to the MFH staff and serves as the State Director for the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Service Block Grant.
