Family Health International

Provide technical leadership, support and assistance in Quality Improvement (QI) to public health programs. Lead capacity building of country programs in QI, through the development of training material, organize capacity-building/training events that respond to the needs of country programs, track progress of specific QI efforts at country level. Document programs’ QI efforts and write improvement stories for dissemination. Establish communication mechanisms between headquarters and across programs. Participate in collaborative reviews of country programs with a focus on their QI systems and activities. Provide technical assistance to country programs to design, manage and evaluate their QI activities through field missions and from headquarters. Liaise with technical divisions to develop standards needed for specific QI efforts.
